Job Description:
As a Client Support Assistant at Aramark in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will work closely with the Client Support team to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide support to clients regarding products and services - Work closely with the Client Support team to resolve any client issues - Maintain client records and update client information in the database - Assist with client onboarding and training - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills - Strategic planning abilities - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work well under pressure - High school diploma or equivalent
