Remote Client Support Assistant

Job description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote assistance to clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support as needed - Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Assist in the development and implementation of client support protocols and procedures - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and products - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

Requirements: - Dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent cooperation and communication skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Previous experience in customer service or client support roles preferred
