Job Description:
Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Assisting clients with orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolving client issues and escalating them as needed - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing feedback on client needs and preferences to improve our products and services
Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong adaptability and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
