Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with a strong ability to analyze data and work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall client experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience in client support roles - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
