Job Description:
BlueScope Steel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is an entry-level part-time position ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support and administration.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Update and maintain client databases and records accurately. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. 6. Assist in organizing and coordinating client events or meetings. 7. Perform general administrative tasks to support the Client Support team.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the willingness to work cooperatively in a team environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
