Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Avon Products is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address any questions or concerns they may have - Assist clients with placing orders and processing payments - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction - Assist in strategic planning and implementation of client support initiatives - Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning skills to help drive client support initiatives forward - Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
