Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests and escalations. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the database as needed. 5. Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials and reports. 6. Conduct outreach to clients to gather feedback and address any areas of improvement. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
