Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a Client Support Assistant to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have experience in project management.

Responsibilities: - Providing support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation - Assisting with project management tasks as needed - Contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with project management is a plus
