Citigroup is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong research and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may have - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
