Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a client support role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, have strong presentation skills, and excel in planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and workflows - Assist with client onboarding and training as necessary - Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product and service offerings - Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by management - Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by fostering mentorship opportunities among colleagues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
