Job Description:
Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, as well as a resilient and motivated personality.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Assist clients with product recommendations, order processing, and account management. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and prioritize client issues for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and excellent decision-making abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
