Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Praxair, a leading global industrial gases company, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel at time management.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
