Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and updating client information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as needed. 4. Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with the company. 6. Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction. 7. Provide comprehensive support to the client advisory team, assisting with research, presentations, and other tasks as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients and provide them with valuable insights.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 7. Persuasive communication skills to influence client decisions. 8. Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with clients.
