Job Description:
Cameron International is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Client Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients by providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. This is a part-time position with a senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients, ensuring a seamless experience - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client accounts and performance metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related field - Resilient and independent, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach - Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service - Knowledge of CRM systems and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
