Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


Sydney Airport Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests they may have. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver solutions to meet client needs. - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continually improve our services. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the highest level of support.


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support or account management. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
