Job Description:
International Paper is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time position, the Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting client relationships from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client relationships remotely - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on client activity - Analyze client data and provide insights to drive business growth - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction
Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in remote communication tools and software - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and research skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
