Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job description:


XPO Logistics is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs - Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and video conferencing - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver exceptional service - Develop and maintain client documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive steps to address any concerns or challenges - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance client satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role - Proven track record of successful client interactions and relationship building - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and independent work ethic - Ability to think critically and strategize effectively - Planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
