Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Starwood Hotels & Resorts is looking for a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis while working from home. With a strong background in client support and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients in Brisbane, Queensland, AU.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 3. Provide timely and effective responses and resolutions to client issues, escalating when necessary. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support. 6. Track and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Provide regular reports on client activity and satisfaction to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 5. Cooperation and leadership skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and client relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 8. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving client satisfaction.
