Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


XPO Logistics is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, including processing orders, resolving billing issues, and updating customer information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of shipments and deliveries. 4. Utilize innovative approaches to improve client satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement in client support processes. 7. Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
