Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time entry level position ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Handle client complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and orders are fulfilled. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends. 8. Analyze client feedback to improve our products and services.


Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously. 2. Strong creativity and analytical skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
