Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist clients with product selection, ordering, and tracking shipments to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 3. Handle client complaints and escalations, resolving issues effectively and providing timely solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide a high level of service at all touchpoints. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and contribute to the overall enhancement of the client experience.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 3. Driven and independent mindset, capable of working autonomously and taking initiative to resolve issues. 4. Innovative and critical thinking abilities to assess complex situations and implement creative solutions. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
