Client Support Officer

Lansing Trade Group is looking for a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and resilient, with strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience - Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
