Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Support Officer at Erie Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients located in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and offers the opportunity to work at the Associate Level. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and reliable, with a strong focus on innovation and analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, or chat. 2. Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and other insurance-related inquiries. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality assurance.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
