Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home


Job Description:


Orora is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of client support initiatives. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in client support or a related field. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
