Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Client Support Officer to work from home for Weyerhaeuser, a leading company in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issues 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention 4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system 6. Support the sales team with client outreach and follow-ups 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits 2. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills 3. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role 4. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
