Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Visteon, a leading technology company, is seeking a Client Support Officer to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing essential support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with colleagues to address client concerns and find solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 8. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 9. Work closely with the sales team to upsell products or services to existing clients. 10. Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent service. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Innovative mindset to suggest new solutions and improvements. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends. 10. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and learn new processes quickly.
