Client Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilize company software and systems to accurately input and track client information and interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products to better assist clients with their needs.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
