Job Description:
SanDisk is looking for a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and have excellent project management and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide remote support to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues - Maintain client records and documentation accurately - Identify areas for improvement in client support processes and implement solutions - Meet and exceed performance metrics for client support
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
