Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Ford Motor is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level offers a great opportunity for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits 2. Strong communication skills and active listening abilities 3. Ability to think innovatively and provide creative solutions to customer problems 4. Demonstrated leadership skills in a customer-facing role 5. Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
