Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Analytical mindset to effectively assess and solve client problems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
