Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry-Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication with clients - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to clients - Work closely with other departments to address client needs and concerns

Requirements:
