Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


CIMIC Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Educating clients on the features and benefits of our products and services. 6. Assisting with client onboarding and training as needed. 7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to remain resilient in high-pressure situations. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
