Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Support Representative to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The successful candidate will join our team at an Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 3. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on client needs and preferences. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find solutions. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally. 2. Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 3. Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related field. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
