We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative in a work-from-home capacity. As part of the team at Appen, located in Sydney, New South Wales, you will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in data annotation and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner 3. Assisting clients with technical support and troubleshooting 4. Communicating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Providing feedback to improve the overall client experience 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 7. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge 8.
