Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Kindred Healthcare is looking for a reliable and driven Client Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an entry-level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Educate clients on company products and services. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and workflows.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Reliable and punctual. 6. Must be driven to succeed and exceed customer expectations.


Personality traits and soft skills play a crucial role in this role. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, driven, have a strong sense of critical thinking, and possess exceptional negotiation skills.
