Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

SunTrust Banks is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable and adaptable, with a strong ability to plan and cooperate with team members. The Remote Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients through various communication channels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in the company database - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting methods - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
