Job Description - Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


As a Client Support Specialist at Corning, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to client issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and escalate issues as needed. 4. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training on our products and services. 5. Generate reports on client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and new product offerings. 7. Proactively reach out to clients to upsell or cross-sell products and services.


Requirements: 1. Possess a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and planning abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required.
