Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Freddie Mac, a leading financial services company based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely solutions - Educate clients on the use of our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and persuasion soft skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
