Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team at APA Group in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, communication-savvy, and eager to build strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations to ensure a positive and seamless experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide timely resolutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Contribute to the development of client support resources and training materials. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and client satisfaction is a must. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative work environment. 5. Australian work rights and availability to work in Perth, Western Australia.
