Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


EMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be energetic, analytical, and have strong presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Proven track record of delivering exceptional client support - Experience in presenting information to clients in a clear and concise manner
