Office Depot is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. 3. Use strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and proactively address them. 4. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and CRM management. 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Drive to succeed and exceed client expectations. 4. Experience with strategic planning and people management is a plus.
