Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Participate in strategic planning meetings to optimize client support processes - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strategic planning skills to contribute to process improvements
