Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


WellCare Health Plans is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and reliable personality.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries about healthcare plans and services - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries - Assist with data entry and maintaining customer records - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the contact center - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to conduct research and provide accurate information to customers - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
