Job Description - Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Time Warner Cable is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments. 5. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong planning and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
