Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Corning is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and delivery - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Identify opportunities for product cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales revenue - Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics as set by the company


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center environment - Confident and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Creativity and flexibility in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
