Job Description - Contact Center Associate

As a Contact Center Associate at Asbury Automotive Group in Perth, Western Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and an energetic, hardworking attitude.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and care. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service across all platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent presentation skills to represent the company professionally. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using contact center software and Microsoft Office applications.
