Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at CHS in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, possess strong persuasion skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and KPIs - Update customer information in the database accurately - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers - Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
