Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to optimize customer service operations. 2. Monitor and evaluate contact center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Train and mentor contact center staff to deliver exceptional customer service. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and initiatives. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contact center staff. 7. Analyze data and generate reports to track contact center performance and identify trends. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in contact center management, with a minimum of 7 years. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology. 6. Driven and dedicated work ethic. 7. Exceptional decision-making and presentation skills.
