Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


Kraft Heinz, a global leader in the food industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Remote Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote contact center team.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and efficiency of the contact center team. 2. Lead and motivate a team of remote call center agents to achieve customer service goals. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure high-quality customer service. 4. Develop and maintain training programs for contact center agents to improve their skills and knowledge. 5. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for customer inquiries. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contact center performance and trends.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in contact center management or a related field. 2. Motivated and driven personality traits. 3. Strong project management and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Proven experience in remote team management. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
