Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center and ensuring the highest level of customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the contact center. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 3. Lead and motivate a team of contact center agents to achieve individual and team goals. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in people management and coaching. 6. Energetic and proactive attitude. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
